There is no need to adjust your recipe in anyway. Simply add it when you pitch your yeast and then she'll be able to enjoy the finished product.

Subject: Clarity ferm in homebrew irish red ale
Hi I want to make a beer that is typical Irish red style, for my girlfriend. she is Gluten intolerant. She only gets mild reactions, but its enough to make her stay away from beers in general.
will WLN4000 CLARITY FERM reduse the gluten content in any homebrew all-grain or is there any grains I must avoid ?
